Q : Can I ask for custom made jewellery? How much will it cost?  

A : Yes, of course. As all the jewellery is handmade, I can make all sorts of little changes, such as size, colour and style, please just ask! It may take a little longer, as it will be handmade by one single person and we get many orders. You can get a quote or further design ideas by emailing us.

Q: May I ask for my item in a different size or colour?

A: Yes, please email us before ordering, or leave a note at payment stage.

Q: Can I purchase Fiction Candy Jewellery wholesale to sell in my shop?

A: Yes, please email us and request a product catalogue and further information.

Q: How do I look after my jewellery?

A: All of the items are made with love and care, please look after them in the same way! Keep them in a safe place when you are not wearing them, don’t let them get wet or dusty, or keep them in direct sunlight. Please do not swim or bathe while wearing the jewellery as it may damage the metal parts and charms. Clean the jewellery with a slightly damp soft cloth.

Q : What countries do you post to?

A : We ship worldwide!

Q : How long will it take for my jewellery to arrive?

A : As all the jewellery is handmade, it may take up to three weeks for the item to arrive. However some classic, popular items, such as those in the Liquorice Allsorts, Dolly Mix and Love Heart ranges, may be in stock and will be posted within 48 hours of your order being placed.

Q : My item has arrived damaged, can you refund/replace it?

A : It is very rare that an item will arrive damaged as we take great care in packaging! However if your item is damaged, please send a photo of the damaged item and we will send a new one or send you a refund.

Q: If my order gets lost in the post, will you refund or replace it?

A : The price of shipping includes special delivery, so you are required to sign for your item. So in the very rare instance that your item does not arrive, we will contact postal services to see where your item is!

Q : May I return the item and get a refund?

A : As every item is handmade for your order, all sales are final and we do not accept refunds or returns unless your item is damaged. Please be 100% sure when you are ordering!
